Date of travel: July 25 – Aug 3, 1961
ITINERARY:
A bus trip from Prague to Bratislava (both cities were in Czechoslovakia that time), where overnight. Then HUNGARY with Gyor, Budapest, Eger (wine tasting), back to Budapest, followed by several days at Lake Balaton with accommodation in Balatonlelle with visits to Tihany peninsula and a health resort Heviz. From there back to Prague.
Travel office: Cedok (the only Czechoslovakian travel agency that time)
Who took part: some 15 to 20 tourists (also Ladislav S. I worked with)
BUL-66 TRIP THROUGH SOUTHEAST EUROPE (independent trip)
Date of travel: Aug 4 – Aug 25, 1966
ITINERARY:
Trip by train from Prague (Czechoslovakia) via Budapest (Hungary) to Beograd (SERBIA, but that time Serbia was part of Yugoslavia). Here we stayed 2 days (from Aug 5 to Aug 7). Then again by train to BULGARIA with stay of 15 days (from Aug 8 to Aug 22) while visiting Sofia, Monastery Rila, Monastery Bachkov, Plovdiv, Trnovo, Monastery Gabrov, Sipka, Kazanlik, Stara Zagora and Black Sea coast. Then again by train to Bucharest (RUMANIA) for 1 day (Aug 23) and to Budapest (HUNGARIA) also for 1 day (Aug 24). On Aug 25 back to Czechoslovakia.
Travel office: no travel office used, we traveled mostly by train and slept in a tent

SK-19 GRAND TOUR OF SLOVAKIA 2019, HUNGARY (Esztergom only), POLAND (Zakopane only)
Date of travel: April 27 – May 5, 2019
ITINERARY:
At noon on Apr 27, 2019 I took a train from Prague, Czech Republic for three-hour ride to Bratislava, SLOVAKIA. I was taken by a member of Best Slovakia Tours to my hotel. Next day I have a sightseeing tour of Bratislava, the capital of the country. The following day there is a trip by car with a driver/guide to the monastery Esztergom in HUNGARY.
On Apr 30 I started the Slovakia tour in a car with a driver/guide on earnest. I left Bratislava for a week to see the historical places Banska Stavnica, Zvolen, Banska Bystrica, Lavoca, Spissky Castle, Kosice, Presov, Bardejov, rafting on Dunajec River, High Tatra Mountains with a daytrip to Zakopane in POLAND (Tatra Mountains), Kezmarok, Bojnice Castle and back to Bratislava.
On May 8 I take a noon train back to Prague.
